At Aerodek Store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once the order has been confirmed and shipped.

This policy is in place to maintain product hygiene, safety, and quality, especially for items that are personal, custom-made, or sensitive in nature.

💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless your order meets the following exception:

✅ Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide valid photo/video evidence of the issue.

Once we verify your claim:

  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund, at our discretion.

  • No action will be taken without proper verification.

  • Products delivered in perfect condition

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Change of mind or customer error
